Free Shipping over $100 only applies to Economy Shipping in the Continental US. At this time, the free shipping option is NOT available for any country outside of the US.
Stark Pursuit strives to ship all orders placed within 1-2 business days from the time an order is placed. However, if an order is placed after Friday at 12:00 PM EST the order will not be shipped until the following business day. All quoted shipping times are estimated and can change at any time, due to any reason without notice. If there are items that are out of stock on the order, Stark Pursuit will make it apparent on the order page before payment is received in full. We reserve the right to change shipping methods if necessary.
Stark Pursuit does not accept CODs (Cash On Delivery) or POs (Purchase Order). All orders must be paid in full, including shipment, before it can be released. All international clients are responsible for customs fees, taxes, and duties. Stark Pursuit is not liable or responsible for any packages seized or detained by customs. Packages will be shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) unless the package exceeds 11 x 3 x 24. Any and all fees, including but not limited to broker fees and transaction fees, are the responsibility of the customer. Stark Pursuit will not be responsible or liable for the arrangement of shipping if it is not USPS (United States Postal Service) or UPS (United Parcel Service).
For fraud protection purposes, Stark Pursuit requires that all address information match what is on file with your financial institution. Stark Pursuit recommends to never ship to an address that is not associated with your financial institution for your own protection. Stark Pursuit is not responsible for any damaged or lost items sent to an unverified address.

Shipping via UPS in the Continental United States and Its Territories
Stark Pursuit is not responsible or liable for any delay in transit times. All shipping times are estimated. Shipping time is defined as the time a package spends in transit from Stark Pursuit to the shipping address. The day the package is shipped does not count as part of the shipping time. For example, if an order is shipped on Monday and the shipping time was quoted at 3 business days, the package is predicted to arrive on Thursday. Stark Pursuit holds the right to choose a different shipping company at any time to ensure the best possible arrival date.
Please Note: During a Holiday or rush season, your package may be delayed due to an influx of orders and the ability of the postal carriers. Make sure to order with enough time in advance, as we cannot be held responsible for extended delays due to high volumes or orders.
Shipping via USPS (United States Postal Service)
The United Postal Service offers quick domestic shipping in the continental United States. All orders will be shipped USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate unless they do not meet the requirements set by the USPS for Flat Rate. In the case the products can not be shipped Flat Rate Stark Pursuit will use the best possible shipping alternative.
Please Note: These shipping times are NOT guaranteed. Please place your order with ample time in advance to ensure that your package arrives on time. Also, an influx in packages being shipped over a holiday or rush season can impact the time in transit.
APOs and FPOs
APO/FPO addresses do NOT qualify for free shipping (7-10 day ground). Stark Pursuit will ship these packages by USPS (United States Postal Service) mail only. Shipping times may vary depending on the location of the APO/FPO address, please consult USPS (United States Postal Service) or Stark Pursuit Customer Support for more information.
